ASI5501/5502 PCI and ASI5602/5602 PCI Express Sound Cards
The ASI5501/5502 and ASI5601/ASI5602 are professional PCM-only PCI audio adapters designed for use in the broadcast and entertainment markets. The ASI5501/5502 are PCI adapters and the ASI5601/5602 are PCI Express (PCIe) adapters.

The ASI5501 and ASI5601 feature one analog stereo play stream feeding one analog stereo output 4 analog stereo inputs feeding 8 record streams.

The ASI5502 and ASI5602, in addition to the analog input and outputs, has one digital stereo play stream feeding one digital stereo output 4 digital stereo inputs feeding 8 record streams.

A choice of 8, 16, 24, or 32 bit PCM is available for both recording and playback. All mixing and metering is handled by the on-board fixed point DSP, allowing the host computer to focus on other tasks.
